Vaqueros Texas Bar-B-Q is carrying on a family tradition set forth by Arnold's Texas Bar-B-Q back in 1979
Vaqueros owner/pitmaster, Trey Sanchez has been around World Class Bar-B-Q and the Bar-B-Q business since he was a kid. His Dad, Arnold Sanchez started winning Bar-B-Q and Chili cook offs back in 1979. In 1989, Arnold’s Texas Bar-B-Q was opened in East Dallas at 601 N. Haskell Ave. Trey, along with lifelong friend and fellow pit master Don Glasco, co-managed the restaurant until 1999 when Arnold decided to pursue another aspect of his business, Silverado Ranch, a Western Special Event and Production company. With Bar-B-Q in his blood, a background in Art and having grown up in the special event and production industry, Trey brings a unique style to his Classic Texas Bar-B-Q. He creates a truly unique Texas Bar-B-Q experience for all of his customers and has been doing so for over 30 years.
