The best BBQ in Texas and the catering set up is beyond expectation! Trey set up a couple of hours ahead of time and it was perfect, everyone will be talking about this for years to come. Southlake was ready for this!
The night before, we all watched ManFireFood on the Cooking Channel featuring Vaqueros so needless to say the anticipation was high. The taste buds were prepped and Vaqueros delivered...we were thrilled! So good. Thank you, Trey!

Fantastic brisket and sausage! We drove 45 minutes to pick up our to-go order from them. Totally worth it! We also got to try their new hot links and they were the best I’ve ever had! No joke. My family and I love their bbq!

We just hired Trey Sanchez of Vaqueros Bar-B-Q to cater our wedding.  They did an unbelievable job.  This is hands down the BEST BBQ we've ever eaten and all of our guests mentioned the same thing to us.  Treyand his staff were personable, friendly, and very cost-friendly.  Everybody loved the food.  Trey communicated with us multiple times to make sure that everything turned out perfect.  Whatever your function, I strongly encourage you to hire Trey Sanchez and Vaqueros Texas Bar-B-Q.

Talk about saving the day! We had an outing planned for an office Birthday today and couldn't take the group out due to current climate. After a late night message to see what Vaqueros Texas Bar-B-Q could do (on such short notice).... we had the best dang Birthday celebration in town!! The Brisket was perfectly smoked and so tender. The Cowboy Potatoes were gone in 60 seconds and everyone loved the coleslaw.... Warm tortillas, rolls, beans and sausage....YUM! Delicious! AMAZING!! We couldn't have asked for a better meal and the service was top notch. Thank you for being our HERO today. We love ya!

Absolutely the best turkey breast for Thanksgiving and/or Xmas! I've tried basically all the other popular spots in DFW, but they don't compare. Their rub has the perfect mixture of spice and sweetness! Others have been too dry or too salty. In addition to their turkey, the rest of their bbq is equal good! I wish them nothing but the best, and definitely encourage all the Cattleack, Pecan Lodge, Hutchins, Zavala's, Dayne's, Bare, Panther City, Brix, Smiley's, Hurtado's, Goldee's, Terry Black's, etc...to give Vaqueros a try! You won't be disappointed! Trey(the owner and pit master) understands customer service and will go out of his way for his customers. Highly recommended!

Vaqueros Texas Bar-B-Q is an absolute gem. My fiancee and I had Trey and his crew cater our engagement party. The results were amazing. He served up his moist brisket along with his smoked pork belly and turkey. The meats were fantastic and the sides were just as good. Jalapeno mac and cheese with cucumber slaw worked with the entrees perfectly and our guests absolutely loved it. The excellent customer service and hospitality by Trey and his crew are second to none. I'll be sure to book him for my next catering event in the future. Make sure to give him a try at one of his future pop-ups or events! You won't be disappointed!
